PALM Expo 2008, held in Beijing from 29th May to 1st June, was another triumph for Turbosound, exhibiting in conjunction with its Chinese distributor, Phoenix Audio & Lighting Technology Ltd.
"We had a very successful show," says Chris Zhang, Sales and Marketing Director, Phoenix Audio. "Particularly pleasing was the interest from contracting firms and consultants in the new Impact series of plastic surface mounted enclosures and the other Turbosound contracting ranges.
"There was also strong interest from PA rental companies in the Aspect TA-890 system. The TXD range attracted a lot of new dealers nationwide, whilst both NuQ and Aspect 500 series proved as popular as ever with the club and entertainment market."
Phoenix has strived to consolidate Turbosound's position in the Chinese market during its five year association with the company, and in particular during 2007 and 2008. So much so, that in recognition of the hard work and dedication shown by all the members of the Phoenix Audio team in establishing Turbosound as one of the most respected brands in China, Turbosound chose it to receive this year’s Outstanding Performance Award.
"We are happy to receive this award in recognition of the past five years work," Kevin Ip, Director, Phoenix Audio declares. "Our main aim has always been to uphold the integrity of the brand. It's always been a great honour to be a Turbosound distributor."
"I felt the show was very positive," adds Tim McCall, Turbosound's Middle East and Asia Market Manager. "The Phoenix Audio team worked extremely hard, as they always do, and I would like to thank them personally for their contribution to our collective success in China. The next twelve months should be very exciting and even busier."
