TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We are committed to providing the best possible technical support to all our customers, and we aim to do this in a number of ways.

1. Very often you can find the answers to technical questions in the product pages of this website.

The first place to look is in the support tab of the product you're browsing - all the documents and software downloads relating to a specific product can be found in a logical and convenient location. Downloading and reading the datasheets, quickstart guides and detailed user manuals will very often provide you with the answer to your question.

2. Pick up the phone and talk to the local dealer from whom you bought your Turbosound product.

Our worldwide distributor network is staffed with experienced, knowledgeable audio professionals who are fully trained on Turbosound products and will be happy to help you.

3. Use the links in the sidebar on the right to look for specific documents that relate to your product.

You will find datasheets and user manuals for both current and legacy products, as well as software and presets for self-powered loudspeakers and loudspeaker management systems. Just click on the appropriate section to search for documentation and downloads.

4. Does your product require repair?

In the first instance you should contact your dealer, who is best equipped to supply any spare parts and technical advice needed to get you back up and running. Alternatively go to the Technical Support Centre and you will be asked to register and submit a support request. We will put you in touch with the right person to handle your query as speedily as possible.

5. Can't find the product you're looking for?

Type the product name into the Search text box at the bottom right of every page on this website. If it's current product it's here, if it's not you can find it in the legacy products section of our Technical Support Centre.

6. Stuck, not finding the answer, or otherwise bamboozled?

Try clicking the Tech Help button on every product page - this will create an email dialogue directly with our factory technical staff who are knowledgeable in all things Turbosound.

7. Warranty Information

Every Turbosound product is warranted to the original end-user purchaser and all subsequent owners for a period of two (2) years for loudspeaker products, or one (1) year for electronics products, from the original date of purchase. Warranty coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship. It does not include:

  • damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect or modification by any other person other than an authorised Turbosound representative
  • damage caused by failure to operate the product in accordance with the instructions contained in the user manual
  • damage occurring during shipment in transit
  • claims based on any misrepresentation by the seller
  • products which do not have the original components as specified in the product engineering information
  • products on which the serial number has been removed or defaced

Should any fault develop with a component of your Turbosound system, please return the product, freight pre-paid, in its original packing carton, along with proof of purchase such as the original bill of sale, and a description of the suspected fault, to your local authorised Turbosound representative. The product serial number must be quoted in all correspondence relating to the claim. Insurance is recommended as Turbosound or its representatives are not liable for loss or damage in transit.

Listed in the sidebar at right are links to the various support documents you can find on this website. Most are in portable document format (.pdf) and you will need to download the latest version of Adobe Reader to enjoy the full benefit.
